All our juices, smoothies are gluten free. We also have food options that don’t contain gluten.

Yes we do. Baaa is transparent with all the ingredients we use in our products. Please check the label.

Our fresh juices and smoothies last 7 - 10 days in the fridge. However, you can freeze the fresh juices for up to 3 months.
And thaw as and when you need them.

Remove your desired juice from the freezer and put in the fridge overnight or until thoroughly thawed.

No. Please take them out of the box and put them in the fridge or freezer so that they remain as fresh as possible.

We send our orders out three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you place your order 24 Hours before our delivery day, you’ll be sure to receive your delicious goodness at your doorstep. But we will keep the communication lines open with you. To track an order please send an email to hi@baaahealth.com with your order number in the subject line.

Fruit naturally contains sugar, and because we use fruit in our juices and smoothies they will contain it. We don’t add anything extra.

We only add preservatives to the fruit juices. The smoothies, cold press juices, energy balls and food options don’t have any.

Weight loss is a result of eating a healthy balanced diet that is coupled with exercise. There’s no magic pill to lose weight but the smoothies will help you lead a more balanced life. Please consult with a dietician.

If you are on a weight gain journey it's important to also follow a balanced diet. Increasing healthy fats, protein consumption as well as balanced exercise will all lead you to your desired goal. Please consult with a dietician.
